zippers on all sizes of these boots are very tight, and one of the boots came with a broken zipper, it would not go down all the way

I'm always between sizes, 8.5 and a 9, though I always prefer 8.5. However, the comments suggested going higher than normal, so I chose a 9, and I have to say it's a perfect fit! I love these boots so much, they immediately became my new favorite pair. Pull-on boots are my favorite thing, and these are very easy to slide on (ohh man, I have a pair of pull-on boots that take at least a minute of struggling before I can yank them on).
For some reason, the pictures don't do these justice, they are even more gorgeous in person. These are without a doubt a must-have.

I absolutely love these boots. I travel a lot so they are perfectly comfy through airports and time on my feet throughout the day. Love them.

The Tan boots are not true to the color! I was a bit disappointed only because in person they are a lot darker and have a dark design that I was not expecting. Other than that, the shape of the boot is very cute.

Super comfortable and perfect to wear for any occasion. They are true to size and a little narrow but I can still wear a thin sock. Can't wait for the cold weather to come so I can wear them more often!

They fit well and look great! Large enough to put skinny jeans in and skinny enough to put under regular jeans.
